Dog Boarding
All of our suites are outfitted with a dog bed and 24/7 cameras that allow our caretakers to keep an eye on your pup and give you the opportunity to check in whenever you please. All of our extended stays also come with a personalized dog report card so you can hear about all of the fun they’re having while you're away!

Private Play & Stay Suites
We handle and accept a diverse assortment of dogs here at Smart Parke, If your pet happens to be more anxious or uncomfortable around other dogs. We offer both luxury and classic tiers that offer 3 sessions of 1-on-1 play time a day.

Check In & Requirements
Check-in
Check-in time is between 6:30am and 8pm.
Please allow 15 minutes to properly check in at our reception desk.
For the comfort of our pet guests and the safety of our staff, we cannot accommodate check-ins or check-outs outside our lobby hours.
Check-out
Check-out is between 6:30am and 8pm. We do charge a $15 late check out fee for any pets checked out after 3pm.
Pets not picked up prior to our lobby closing time will be considered overnight guests and be charged an additional night’s stay.
For the comfort of our pet guests and the safety of our staff, we cannot accommodate check-ins or check-outs outside our lobby hours.

New Client Forms
New clients will need to fill out the Owner Profile, Pet Profile, Smart Parke Agreement and the Overnight Pet Check-in forms.
Personal Items
We do not accept any personal items. This includes blankets, beds, toys, leashes and collars. The only things you will need to bring I. With your pet is their personal diet (if needed as we provide food), any medications your pet is currently taking and your pet.
Reservations
All overnight reservations will require a 50% deposit of the reservation total fee to book the reservation. Reservations must be cancelled at least three (3) days prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel within three (3) days’ notice prior to arrival date (including a “no-show”), will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Credit card payments can be provided over the phone, in person, or fill out one of our credit card authorization forms
Safety Requirements
Dog guests are required to have current:
Rabies Vaccine – every 3 years
Distemper Vaccine (DHPP) – every 1 to 3 years depending on vaccine
Bordetella Vaccine (within the last 6 months)
CIV/Influenza – due to the vaccine shortage we are only recommending the vaccine at this time
All pets entering or exiting our facility must be on a leash or in a carrier for their safety.
While your pet is on vacation with us, we strongly discourage visitations as it can be confusing and disruptive to them.
Pet guests are required to be free from external parasites (such as fleas and ticks).
Pet guests are required to have a negative fecal test for Giardia every year.
Pet guests have not been recently exposed to any transmissible illness in the past 30 days prior to check in.
